GMR Solutions seeks up to $797.9 million in IPO
Private equity-backed GMR Solutions filed on Monday for an initial public offering that could raise up to $797.9 million. The company, which operates primarily as Global Medical Response, plans to offer 31,914,893 shares at $22 to $25 each on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker GMRS. It describes itself as the largest provider of emergency medical services and integrated out-of-hospital care in the United States. KKR backs the company and is among the firms leading the offering, alongside J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup, Evercore ISI, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Investment Bank.
