Yad Vashem to open education centre in Munich
Yad Vashem announced on May 28 that it will open its first educational centre outside Israel in Munich, chosen for its symbolic link as the Nazi party founding city. A smaller satellite in Leipzig is planned, and Yad Vashem said the Munich centre will be used partly for teacher training, with plans presented in 2025.
